The bald guy that runs the place is rude and treats the staff like pigs. I showed up late after hours and heard him saying things I cannot repeat. very horrible person. I will boycott for principals!
Dean at Piccalo Florist went out of his way to deliver flowers for my friend in the hospital He tried twice at the hospital because they didn't tell him she had been released. He called me and asked for my friends home address so he could deliver her a third new bouquet at no extra cost to me! Wow...who else would do that? I highly recommend them because their arrangements are gorgeous and they have great customer service!
Dean Zamani, owner of Piccolo Florists sets the gold standard for both customer service and floral design. His creations are elegant, beautifully crafted works of art. Calling his creations arrangements does not give Dean the accolades he deserves I called Dean in a panic. This was my friend's last day at work, and the gift I had ordered a week earlier never arrived. Talking to Dean I was freaking out on the phone. He told me not to worry, he would deliver flowers to my friend that day. I spoke to Dean at 9:30 a.m., my friend received her flowers before noon.By the time my friend carried her flowers to her office, the word had spread and employee's streamed in for a look. To a person they stated the flowers my friend received were the the most beautiful they had ever seen!!!!!!!PICCOLO'S & DEAN ARE THE BEST!!!!!
Love, love, love this place! Everything Dean and his staff does is done right. Everyone there is so welcoming and people (myself included) often just pop in any time we are at the hotel. The flowers here are gorgeous. You won't regret coming here!
