Chad is a crack up and a talented haircutter.
I am a new (and now loyal) client after a great experience with Chad. I am a natural brunette (Latina) and I was due for a highlights service on my dark roots. Chad got me to the perfect blonde color without having to use any heat and my hair feels and looks great. Im happy and relieved I found a new salon home in my new neighborhood.
I purchased a Groupon for the cut, condition, and color because it was such a great deal...and I'm so happy I did. Chad (stylist as well as owner) did all 3, and I'm very pleased with his work. He used color by L'Oreal and it turned out beautifully. He did an excellent job on my haircut and I love how versatile the cut is - especially because I told him I have 2 kids and don't have time to do my hair. When doing the deep conditioning treatment, he was thorough and made sure it was evenly distributed. Everyone in the salon was very professional, friendly, and interested in doing a good job. My hair looks and feels fabulous, and I will definitely be going back there again. I'm also going to take my son and my husband because of the great results I got. On a total side note...I love the parking situation here. There are a couple of spots in the back, but in addition, you can park on Locust St. as well without any issues. And...the glass of red wine didn't hurt :) All in all, a wonderful experience!
I've been looking for a tried and true colorist/stylist for four years now and finally I have found him! Chad (owner and principle stylist) is a genius, taking subtle suggestions and transforming them into stunning styles. The salon is run by Chad and his very Italian, very beautiful wife and together they manage a no-bs business driven by the highest standard of customer service and quality. No matter where I live in LA, I will make the drive to Pasadena for Salon Passione!
