A great staff, good customer service
The packaging for a gift was terrible. The tag was tattered to begin with and didn't expect to see it AGAIN when I got home for Mother's Day. I received 2 mismatched bags for my other items. Susan Curtis didn't present the items in the packaging the way I am accustomed. I was followed around the store. When I walked in a figure 8, Susan Curtis walked in a figure 8. When I walked zigzag...yup, you guessed it...a zigzag shadow followed me....and then a spiral formation...ya get the picture. The merchandise is beautiful.The service and packaging was not.
Cute shop. Great selection of unique items. Warm and friendly service.
