Never trust your case to this law firm !!! In this office there is no one who has legal education except the attorney, (who is unavailable always). When I was trying to represent my case the office manager was trying to help me , and qualify the legal issue, do not having appropriate knowledges. Never trust them your case, the are not law firm, they are mere businessmen.
I became a client of Gerald L. Marcus in 2013 when I was struck by a vehicle while riding a bike and thrown 35 feet. The accident was so bad that I was told by the medic in the ambulance ride to the ER that he thought they were coming to recover a body.... not take someone to the hospital. But even thought it appeared to be a clear cut case - it was not. The truth is, Insurance companies do not make money by paying claims...so it was no surprise that the opposing insurance claims adjuster was trying to say that I was 50% at fault and offered a small settlement which would not even cover lost wages during my physical therapy.
