First time at The Mixx. Great experience and exceptional service! Sat at bar and received "the best" service from Carlos! Loved the Blackberry margaritas! Good food too..definitely coming back.
Has great time dancing to the Crown City Bombers. The specialty drinks and appetizers are delicious.. Didn't have dinner there but I would bet on it being just as delicious! Fun and friendly atmosphere!

With the great reviews I thought we would give this place a try. The Jazz band was great, however the service was not. I waited an hour for pasta. The waitress kept apologizing for the wait and did provide a couple of drinks on the house. That was nice, but no one should have to wait an hour for pasta while watching steak come out for people who arrived much later than you did. When my pasta finally arrived, it was over cooked. There were only two waitresses for a full house. The owner kept bringing food from the kitchen and setting it on the bar for the waitresses to deliver. He couldnt help out when they were busy? Disappointing and we wont be back. Pasadena has much more to offer than The Mixx.
