Central location, easy entry and exit. Kept very clean and reasonably priced for old town Pasadena.
When asking the staff about what to do to receive the ticket to park they mocked me and laughed in my face, but Im not from the area and was not familiar with the process.When leaving I had to ring for the staff again and they were very rude and abrasive.The structure itself is well taken care of but the staff is incredibly unprofessional with customer service.
Be aware!!!We were with friends paid the FLAT rate of $6 and started chatting. When we were leaving, the machine wanted to charge us again we talked to the manager who said we would have to pay again since you have 15 minutes to leave the parking once you pay. THAT DOES NOT MAKE ANY SENSE SINCE IT IS A FLAT RATE!!!! Instead of using common sense and letting us out they charged $12 for 3 hours!!!! Shady BUSINESS!! Stay out!
Flat rate is not valid if you take more than 15 min to exit. Have to pay two flat rates, even though there is no time to exit printed on the parking ticket when we pay. Manager refused to help us and say he Couldnt do anything about it and called the security. Avoid the parking lot. FLAT RATE IS A FLAT RATE AND SHOULD NOT BE CHARGED TWICE!! Terrible costumer service!!!
This is an unmanned parking garage. If you only have cash, the machine will eat your money if you put more money in than your parking balance; it does not provide change. There are better alternatives in the area -- avoid this garage.
