I had a partial tear of my trapezius muscle about a week ago. I saw Nick a couple times and he helped me get my ROM back quickly and I was back in the gym in 6 days, doing light work but still I was amazed at the speed of recovery. He also went out of his way to go over ways to strengthen stabilizer muscles so this injury doesn't happen again. I highly recommend seeing Nick for your PT needs!
I've only been three times since I had back surgery, however this office and the people in it have really made me feel welcome. After having back surgery at a young age, I was nervous going into PT. Dave and his staff are wonderful and have made my transition easy. I have more work to do but am happy I chose Evergreen.
