I have a membership so I go in once a month to enjoy a Spa Style Facial with Chiquita and it is so worth it after the summer I've had. I love BW and I enjoy it even more when they are slow because I love it quiet. I spend a ton of time in the quiet room to avoid the women who don't understand library voices. The tea, water and fruit about ads to my experience. I wish the jacuzzi was hotter but that changed forever ago.
Charming location and EXCELLENT quality of service! The membership pricing is a value that combines a very consistent experience with affordable pricing. I like the hours/days and I never have to work around BW's schedule. They accommodate my busy life! I don't have favorite staff as I have found that each person is excellent in their own right. This must be due to consistent training.. No need to look elsewhere!
Memorable treatment and pampering experience at this place, I can still remember the perfumed air that seemed to flow inside. Terrific massage and the sauna was A+. Quite a treat, a favorite.
My go to place when I need to pamper myself. It's always clean, the staff is very professional and caring. It's very quiet, totally relaxing, and they have evolved with the times. For instance, when we were in a drought, they drained their wall waterfall and instead placed an interesting wall of greenery. They offer more treatments than any other spa I have ever attended and their service is always impeccable.
My husband and I came here last friday and had a wonderful experience. The massage was so relaxing. Would recommend anyone too come here. Very clean and the staff were so welcoming as well as our technitions Thank you Burke Williams for the wonderful experience. Will be back soon.
