I've had very good experiences every time I've come here. It's where I get my skincare products from. They have the best prices and a huge selection of products. Everyone here is so friendly, it makes it enjoyable to come in. I've brought my sister for her skincare needs too.
I moved in LA from Georgia the country, and finding a right place for laser hair removal treatment was very difficult for me. I tried multiple places and Radiance Med Spa is the place where I felt most comfortable doing the procedures. The clinician Esther Agepogu was so knowledgeable and so helpful, she answered on multiple questions I had, she gave me great advice how to take care of the treated area after, she truly is wonderful. After few days I received a call from the spa, it was follow up call, how I felt, was I experiencing any problems after the treatment. I think this kind of relationship between business and customer makes a huge difference, this is why they stay on top of the game. Front desk was very helpful and nice, the entire place looks great and has the soothing mood to it. I will definitely continue my treatment with this spa and Esther Agepogu, and highly recommend for others.
Be very careful as to injectables here. They ARENT expert injectors. Once they mess you up as theyve done with me, Dr. wont want to see you and will make excuses.
Facility was very clean and high tech; however, the clinician who conducted my Botox treatment Belle, left marks in my forehead. Not needle points, but it was as though after each injection she dragged the needle upwards and scared my forehead. At first I thought the marks were only blood, but once wiped clean, I saw the fine scratches left marks made with the needle. I have been getting Botox for 6 years with a different provider and this was the first time this has happened. Worse part is when I emailed the images to radiance they had Gigi call me and tell me to put hydrocortisone creme and that the scars would eventually go away. No remedy what so even. I had to spend my weekend indoors and go to work with heavy makeup. He scaring made my forehead appear as if I had more verticals wrinkles than before he Botox. First and last time at Radiance.
