Today I visited this location to purchase a new Macbook Pro however I left home empty handed because I could not get one single employee to help me out. Every time I asked an employee for help they told me, "I'll be right with you" or "Let me get someone else to help you." I waited for TWO HOURS, hoping someone would help me out. All of the employees were completely unprofessional. I'm never visiting this location ever again and I would advise everyone to either buy online or purchase your Apple products at Best Buy.
I want to THANK Daniel & Omit for helping me with my phone, even though it took multiple trips (not their fault) This truly is a SHOUT OUT to the whole team for your professionalism and kindness. The Pasadena store gets it when it comes to customer care!!!! Thank you everyone
Rude and arrogant service, though only slightly worse than youd expect for an apple store. Was waiting for phone screen to get repaired under AppleCare+ and its like they didnt want me waiting in the store. Security guard was pacing me and its not like I wanted to stay, more so no employee was able to give me an accurate estimate for how long it was going to take. One told me it was 15 minutes to being done (which wouldve been about 5 minutes faster than the original estimate). So after 15 minutes pass I ask if my name is going to be called or what, and they told me the original estimates are optimistic if anything and to basically to sit down and not ask again.

I dont know why people buy apple products. There customer service is so bad. The operator hung up on me one time. And another time I scheduled for an appointment at the store and they made me wait half an hour to see a Genius. And all the genius did was tell me to buy another cord. A cord for $10. Apple products is a money pit. They just want to suck my wallet dry. There products are not even that good.
