Excellent high end furniture store in the heart of Old Town Pasadena. Very helpful staff. This is basically a showroom, so don't expect to walk out with items. They ship everything or have it delivered to your home.
Just as the name implies, Design Within Reach offers trendy contemporary home furnishings at a price that is more in line with what the budget friendly shopper is looking to spend. Keep in mind that doesnt mean its Ikea pricing, its still extremely high quality, but definitely good value for the style and quality youre getting.
Came in around 3:00 PM on Friday. There were two male employees on their computers when I came in - neither of them looked up or said hello. My friend and I were the ONLY people in the store and looked at every area over the course of 15 minutes or so. Neither employee offered to help or answer questions that we had. One of them received a phone call while we were there and was able to answer the call but not help us. Absolutely terrible service. If you are looking for nice looking furniture, though, they do have a nice selection...good luck trying to purchase anything though.
