Love how everything is taken care of for you. They brought me my car rental and gave sturdy bags to put my things inside and into the rental. They also set up the body shop that would pick up my car. Their lounge area had plenty of things to keep my kids entertained. They even offered snacks, drinks, and coffee for me!
I don't know that anyone comes here by choice, for me an up close view of a giant elk brought me here. The process was super easy, the staff was great. They make the process as painless as possible and have a bunch of snacks on hand for good measure. ProTip- if they still have the orange and white pens on the desk, take a few. They are awesome.
