These people at Reinas Insurance Agency in Pasadena really are crooks. Ricardo Ramirez's review is right. They use bait & switch tactic. Don't believe the quote they give you -- even after you've received the declaration page and paid the full premium. They will send you another bill to retroactively increase your rate AFTER you drop you last carrier. They take no responsibility and customer service is beyond poor. And you know how bad the Mercury reputation is when it comes to filing a claim. All those negative reviews online about Reinas and Mercury can't be wrong. RUN!

DO NOT BUY INSURANCE HERE THEY ARE CROOKS. MY SISTER SPOKE WITH A LADY NAMED VIRNA THE WHOLE BUSINESS AS A WHOLE ARE DISHONEST AND THEY DO NOT DISCLOSE INFORMATION TO YOU AS IN WHAT YOU ARE ACTULLY PAYING FOR. I BOUGHT A 6 MONTH POLICY AND THEY WERE NICE TO TELL ME I CAN PAY IT IN 2 PAYMENTS LATER TO FIND OUT THEY HAVE A FEE FOR IT AND NOW MY BILL TRIPLED AND WHEN MY SISTER WENT TO TALK TO THEM THEY JUST STUCK TO SAYING OH WELL. THEY ARE BROKERS THEY DO NOT WORK DIRECTLY WITH INSURANCE COMPANIES. AND MAKE MONEY OUT OF FEES AND DOWN PAYMENTS.DO NOT GO HERE BUNCH OF CROOKS
