As a UK traveler, I adored my 5 nights in this 1957 motel - great location, cool architecture, lovely pool & good breakfast & wifi. Internally it may look a little dated but it's clean & the beds are comfortable & the staff are great. I'll definitely be returning when next in the U.S.

Found this gem of a motel for finishing our Route 66 tour. This property is very clean and comfortable, and the staff is more than great. The location is quiet but very neighborhood friendly with numerous coffeeshops and restaurants in easy walking distance. Pasedena is convenient to LA for day trips and the city also offers some great visits nearby (we took in the Huntington Gardens and Art Museums). This is a great value stay if you're headed to this area.
It was a fine place to stay. The staff were nice and the rooms were decent. There weren't any functioning elevators so it was a little annoying to go up 2 flights of stairs, but that is my only complaint.
Nice classic motor lodge built in the 1950s I believe. Lots of historical photos, clean comfortable rooms and a nice pool. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Nice place!
