Staying here for four nights for business. The hotel looks run down from the exterior but the rooms are surprisingly very nice. They have been renovated to look very modern. The floors are faux hardwood, the furniture is new, and the bathroom has a nice shower. The free breakfast was your basic continental breakfast.
WARNING: DEFINITELY NOT CHILD FRIENDLY, AGGRESSIVE STAFF AND INFECTIOUS POOLI had the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel in this place. I would only recommend it as a very last resort, as was my case in July 2018. Firstly, I picked up a very serious ear infection in the pool, so avoid it at all costs. There is dirt in the bottom, and only God knows what is dissolved in that water. I never saw any member of staff cleaning it or checking the pH or chlorine levels.Secondly, the manager is a very aggressive and dishonest person. I was put up into the wrong room, and the manager locked away my possessions to ensure I would move rooms whenever he wished it. When I went to reception to complain, I received threats: you either move now or we wont give you your stuff. After complaining, the manager told me that he didnt care what I thought since I wasnt the one paying for my stay (I was there for a conference).Thirdly, I submitted a complain about all of this issues to higher management, and have received no response in three weeks. I guess this confirms the fact that the hotel doesnt care as long as they have your money!Please be very careful with this place and avoid it if you can.

Loved the rooms, shower, breakfast it was all awesome! Rooms were clean, quiet, loved the shower and even when purs wouldn't shut off they promptly came to try to fix it the same night. The next day instead of having us wait while they try to finish fixing it they just moved us to a new room. Even brought us the new keys. Breakfast was awesome we made our own waffles and had hot cocoa and coffee and juices. They had a variety of other things to eat for everyone each morning. Overall I would go there again and again and recommend them to others.
Nice hotel. But it is under construction so the breakfast is in a room. The breakfast is really limited and not worth it. Remodeled rooms are nice.
