Best Location! I cannot stress this enough. This Sheraton is in the heart of Pasadena and you're walking distance to many different areas. If you have an event at the Pasadena convention center. Your room will be just a couple minutes walk into the place. Plenty of parking as well. They do charge $15 so just be aware. Other than that, my room was really comfortable, clean and very easy to access. My room had a king size bed with high ceilings which added to the roominess to the room. The AC worked perfectly with no issues. I would stay here again for sure.
We were very impressed with our recent stay. Staff was friendly especially Monica at the front desk! She took extra time answering our questions and making us feel at home. She pointed out money saving services that were offered in the area. The room was clean, cool, and comfortable as well as quiet. Definitely will be back
I like how the hotel is hidden from the streets of Pasadena. It is next to the Hilton. The price was great for my relatives who were visiting from outside the country. The concierge let us wait when we first arrived there early to check into our room. There is a gift shop, an indoor fitness area, outdoor pool, room for special events, and a waiting lounge.
Great location. Adjacent to Pasadena Convention Center for events and One Colorado for shopping and food. 4 floors with 2nd floor for guest amenities (gym). Bar at the lobby area. Valet parking. Very clean rooms. Only issue for me is it is one long horizontal hotel rather than square. Long walk to the end if your room is all the way at the end.
Location is pretty good. Not too far from stuff, but still far enough to rest properly. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Restroom mirrors have a really nice ring light for the ladies. Service was good. The elevator buttons and the elevator itself was wonky (as in willy wonka... buttons were turned the wrong way and it was a bouncy ride).
