A ROCKSTAR REAL-ESTATE AGENT FOR LA ROCK STARSI cant say enough great things about April Kass. She surpassed being just an agent, and went all the way to close friend. When I first met with her I felt totally at ease, she gave me a very knowledgeable overview of the market and gave me great advise about my situation. Shell tell you the truth even if its not to her benefit, and unlike many agents, she let me move at my own pace and didnt try to pester or pressure me. Once I gave her the green light, she showed me the perfect place on the very first day we looked. Even though I fell in love with the place the first day, she showed me countless more listings of qualified places (which was not easy considering the list of demands that I had) just so I would be confident and sure. April is not your typical agent, she truly cares about her clients and is 100% genuine. Seeing all the other agents in suits with fake smiles made me realize how lucky I am to have found her. She lights up the room when she enters, is simultaneously classy and casual, and has a great sense of humor to boot. I watched her disarm other agents with her charm on a regular basis. I understand why shes not just a rock-star agent, but an agent for rock stars and musicians in general. If you want a waspy stepford agent look elsewhere, April has decorum but mixed with badass. The place we decided on stood out above all others because it was unique, had character, and made me feel at home much like my agent. She very craftily negotiated the closing and I got my favorite place at a lower price than any of the other places we viewed. She got me great financing through her associate Waleed (a better deal than the 3 pre-approvals I already had), and was there by my side through the whole process. We sat in deep conversation one day for several hours on my new lawn, and I knew that April was also a new friend to keep. There are plenty of professional agents out there, but if you want someone who stands above the rest, will go the extra mile, and treat you better than your own family April Kass cant be beat. **Note: Please treat her nicely, she deserves only the best clients. I would keep her a secret and only tell my closest friends about her, but that wouldnt be fair to her either.**
