Jocelyn and the REH Escrow team delivered far above my expectations! They helped get my escrow closed 3 days early and even when we hit a few hurdles, they were able to come up with solutions to overcome the hurdles in a quick and efficient manner that enabled us to close escrow! Jocelyn was thorough and extremely responsive. I would use REH Escrow every time if I could. The service and responsiveness was stellar.
They were not really helpful for when i sold my house. The agent Esther Dominguez sold the house quickly and effectively but did not help afterwards she got her pay. I do not recommend having her as an agent.

I am a real estate student with REH on Fair Oaks in South Pasadena. What I've learned the last 10 weeks is plenty. The books I study are a requirement to have on hand to understand the lessons. The general course will help me pass the state test. For those who don't know this- I hear that the California state test is a bit tricky and if you don't understand the action plan that the instructors are setting forth for you to pass, 'Oh no on you!'. So with that intro...This is how I describe my instructors. My primary instructor Cesar (The Biz Brain) Melendrez has done such a great job in teaching me the basics of real estate that at the end of each chapter I take a chapter exam and guess what?! I am passing each exam with a 80% or higher. I'm excited! Thank you!(And thank you Jonathan for setting the tone, too!) It's great to know that REH has these courses available at night or weekends. And you know what?! The classes are AFFORDABLE! Yay for me!Every other weekend Robert (Fireball Energizer) Silvia is a guest speaker during our the night class meetings. and he enters the class room with flames oozing from his body. He's on fire! He instructs with that encouraging you-can-do-it body languge. He's so on fire that it energized me too! And then again, these informational classes are helpful for me because it gives me a window to look into when I begin my journey as a licensed real estate agent.Paul (Sharp Dresser) Arqueta stops in once a week or so to encourage us to continue the path to becoming an excellent agent. His belief in the training, encouragement and stories help define what this brokerage is about. -A team of leaders who encourage one to be more than one thinks they can be. In regards to the classes and the training, as long as you learn it, digest it, and apply it, this can be a fun place to be part of. There will be laborious work at hand for me in the beginning stages BUT I guarantee myself that I'll have fun with it. It's great to be a student at REH!Thank you everyone for taking your time and effort in helping me to the path of passing the state text!
