This review is long overdue. Scott and Giusy Brown are simply the best. We interviewed a few real estate brokers/agents in the Pasadena area as we wanted to work with someone with experience and someone who actually knows the local and surrounding areas. They not only touched on all points we were looking for but also provided more than what we were expecting. They also understood what we were actually looking for. We also asked around and found out that other families we know worked with them as well and had nothing but good feedback. The process of buying and selling a house at the same time was already very daunting but they helped make this process seem easy. Long story short, we sold our old house in a matter of days and we were also able to move into the new house by the close of escrow (on both homes).
