No one came to ask for help, after that I requested help 20 minutes later the employee comes out to say they don't have the shoe color or size I wanted. Fine but bringing another pair was unnecessary. Would should have happened is them coming out to say they don't have my size. Would have saved me 19 minutes. Would have given one star but two for trying.
As usual foot locker has the shoes i want. Friendly staff at this location
racially profiled a couple of my friends. 17 and 18 year olds. asking if they had seen a headband when they said no they asked too check their bags and pockets of course they found nothing.... ps. the one that asked was their manager of course they will be getting a call from me
The manager Moe Al-Baja was incredibly rude. I brought in my Lebron 15 to exchange for a different size. He told me that I got the shoes for a deal and would not be able to do an even exchange. He waved his figure in front of me saying, no, we are not going to mark down the price for you. I am 29 years old so do not shake your finger in front of me like Im a kid. He didnt even tell me that I can only exchange for the same size and not a different color. I had to call another Foot Locker to ask for clarification. I cant believe the customer service I received today. Ill definitely be writing a letter to corporate.
Just snagged some really cool new workout gear here. They have a wonderful selection of Nike products (my favorite athletic brand if you dont count Lululemon), and I was able to find a whole bunch of stuff I like. Plus, my boyfriends nephew works here so he got me a great discount!!
