Employees are very friendly, approachable, provided excellent customer service, and experts in running, feet, and shoes (and Im sure about the rest of their products, but I was only there for shoes :). Im not a runner, and the last time I tried to train for a half marathon, I bought some cute Nikes and ended up with shin splints ultimately dropping out. This time I went to Run with Us. They analyzed my feet and my gait and recommended shoes that would be the best for what I am training for. 1 run in, and I am so glad I came here. I could have probably gone online and found the shoes cheaper somewhere else, but you cant beat the customer service and knowledge they have here - highly recommend!!
My first experience here was amazing. Rosario & Mike were kind, knowledge and helpful. I found the perfect running shoes for me. Will definitely be returning for more athletic gear in the future.
Cesar and Rosario, the best staff! Owner, friendly, informative, impressive mountain runner. Easy to get to by Metro Gold Line, get off at Lake Station, walk a couple of blocks, and you're there, next to Conrad's restaurant.
I spent almost 1 hour in this store because I have hard-to-find-appropriate-shoes kind of feet and it took a lot of time to try on several pairs of a shoes. The customer support person, Rosario, was very patient with me and pleasant to work with. I know I'm hard to please just because I know I'm going to spend a lot of money and I want my shoes to fit as perfect as possible. There were a lot of people in the store but Rosario was very attentive to my needs. She also gave me advice after receiving information from the machine that read the pressure of my feet. I would definitely recommend this store to other people as my friend recommended it to me. This store has a lot more than shoes for sale. The variety is very impressive.
