Amazing pet service and care. Really like our vet Dr. Sagastume too. She does a great job of informing and giving us multiple options. Love it!
Friendly and helpful vet. The waiting room is a bit small, and there isn't much parking, though.
Good doctor, terribly run business. As of October 2017 massive staff turnover continues. This has been going most of the year. Average front office person lasts a month or two. There are several new vet techs, one of whom casually told me my cat had lost 2.5 pounds (which should be a major red flag if true). I told him he was wrong. He reweighed the cat and got it right. No weight loss. He also forgot to trim the cat's nails as requested. So, what other errors is he making with, say, with dosages of the vaccines my cat received? Examples of other problems generated by staff turnover: One gal confirmed my appointment and didn't enter it in the computer so there was no appointment when I arrived. Simple questions have baffled them. At a vaccination appointment a new front officer person asked me what tests and shots my cat needed that day. I cheerfully provided my best recollection and suggested that she check the cat's records to be sure. It is hard to get through on the phone. Being put on hold for a few minutes is the norm. I'm hanging in there but not for long if the staff doesn't stabilize.and their quality improve. Much the pity since I think the doctor knows her stuff.
My girlfriend and i took our dog in because he has had ear infections and was acting as if he had another one. We expressed this to them they took a quick look in front of us said it was fine we expressed again that he was not acting right and insisted they look again. So they took him to the back to "take a better look" told us he was fine, we paid. Left. Then took him to another vet shortly after and he has an ear infection so bad his ears are bleeding! What did we pay for!?
Yippee Dog Yeah!!!!Me and my Charles Theodore Barkley are so happy and grateful to have Dr. Evelyn as his doctor. He had surgery for a torn ACL and a floating Patella. They did is surgery (11yrs. old.) She came early to reassure. He was there for 6 weeks getting, laser and PT. He looks better than before. The cost was 1/2 of what others quoted. She also helped me find funding from various charity. I'm on SSI. I know so many of us we concerned about the great care of our pet families after Dr. K came after his severe auto car accident. He and his daughter were the best I've ever met.Dr. E provides the same level of care, as they did and perhaps a little more. I drive 1 hr to see them. It's always worth the drive. Plus, she remembers everybody's name. Stunning!. Makes me feel like they care!As far of the turn over, I've spoken to a few, asked them why they were leaving. The responses, they wanted to go back to school to study vet science. Many are young still trying to decide what they want aa acareer. One woman moved back home out of state.A few wanted to find somewhere closer work. I recognize her drive time. Its as long as mine. One wanted to learn how to be a groomer instead.Enough said !!!! No body made us stay, somebody over there must be doing something right .Thanks PetsadenaWe live you Dr. E.
