Front desk staff was very polite and helpful. From first impressions the lobby was clean and inviting. The room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel is in a great location with easy access to the freeway. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic. It provided a large variety of different breakfast items that you would not expect from a complimentary breakfast. Overall we had a wonderful stay.
My first visit to Pasadena for the Rose Bowl game and parade. The Hotel is walking distance from the parade route and a short train ride to the stadium. I love Holiday Inn Express! This one was first class as always. Love the free breakfast, staff was very helpful and the room was perfectly cleaned. To top off everything else, UGA won the game !
In town to visit family and Disney. Beds were comfy, place was very clean, breakfast was GREAT, pool was nice and warm and clean, my kids loved it. The only factor that keeps me from giving this hotel 5 stars is the noisy doors. The doors slam very hard and it kept my kids and family awake every night. They need something to quiet the doors. I'm surprised more people aren't commenting about the doors. You can hear the doors that are even 6 or 7 rooms away. Wear ear plugs at night. Also, there was a creaking noise from people walking upstairs.
Great hotel room for a great price. I was very satisfied on my stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The room was neat and clean. The hotel is also in a good area and in a great vicinity.
