Food and Service were great. First time there. Would recommend. The pineapple upside down cake was awesome. Lots of veggie options. Generous pour on the scotch was a nice surprise.
Went there for date night, and did not disappoint! If you have time before your meal, have a drink at the bar. It has a greatVibe, and staff are friendly. Once we were seated at our table the staff were all friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and cooked perfectly. Its a little pricey, but worth every single dollar! Beautiful food and great customer service.
I just love the aloha vibe I get from eating here. This location has the friendliest staff as well. They just remodeled the place and it looks fantastic. The bar is pretty large too, so make sure you get yourself a nice cocktail there. Aloha!
Service is unprofessional, slow, and sometimes rude. We had a dinner at Roy's last night, servers were not helpful, serving dishes to us rudely; threw our starter dish at table corner, made us to move away our plates just to let this server to put down our entrees. Food were terrible as well. Pork ribs were burnt. 3 not-that-fresh prawns with ultra-salty noodles which charging customer $36, way overpriced. Famous butterfish went wrong too, too much sauce, too small of a rice ball which left customer hungry.For the $$$ class and price level that Roy's aiming at, they provided food and service like Denny's, no wonder they gave up putting tablecloth.I was a fan of this seafood restaurant, but left deeply disappointed. I'm pretty sure I won't come back.
Really love all the fish selections. Wish they had even more. The butterfish is my favorite. They have a sampler plate which is the way to go if you're not sure. The surf and turf was excellent and the price was good as compared to other high end restaurants. The desserts were on point. Probably the best chocolate souffle I've had. Drinks were really well done and service was top notch. Definitely would come back again.
